PT Ika Nusa Windutama (PT INW) is a company that focuses on aquaculture and processed product from various fish species, and one of them is eel (Anguilla Spp.). This company is a foreign investment company that can reach 500 tons of production annually. Located in Cirebon Regency, West Java, PT INW actively supplies fisheries products for the global market. Currently, PT INW has 16 permanent employees and 50 daily employees with 5:3 ratio of men and women on their permanent employees.
The high demand for eel with its endangered status has encouraged PT INW to sustainable aquaculture, especially on eel commodity. By partnering with Seafood Savers, PT INW commits to uphold sustainable aquaculture practices.
PT Surya Alam Tunggal (PT SAT) is a company that focuses on various shrimp commodities, especially cultured white vannamei (Penaeus vannamei) and black tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon). On the beginning of its establishment, this company only produces one type of product which is black tiger shrimp, but as the company grows, the products vary. Headquartered in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, PT SAT is experienced in growing business on international market with their main products of fresh shrimp, peeled shrimp, and cooked shrimp.
The high demand of sustainable products has encouraged PT SAT to collaborate with Seafood Savers in order to be involved in Aquaculture Improvement Program. PT SAT commits to produce sustainable products that have high value and high competitiveness in order to expand their business network in the global aquaculture market.

As a form of support and determination in supporting sustainable fisheries, Fairmont Sanur proves through its participation in the Seafood Savers program for its 16 commodities towards the standard CoC (Chain of Custody).
PT Mega Marine Pride has officially obtained Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) ecolabel certification for whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaus vannamei). ASC launches the certificate for shrimp farming unit of PT Delta Guna Sukses which is the supplier of PT Mega Marine Pride on 15 January 2019 valid until 14 January 2022 with 1,161.55 MT, 200 workers, 68 ponds, 23 ha-intensive aquaculture method in Jember Regency, East Java.
PT Mega Marine Pride is a seafood producer in East Java. By this certification, PT Delta Guna Sukses and PT Mega Marine Pride are internationally recognized for their commitment to supporting and doing a responsible shrimp farming.
PT Winson Prima Sejahtera is a company engaged as seafood producer and frozen fish such as skipjack and tuna since 2006. By deploying the fishing fleet in Aceh and North Sumatera waters (Indonesia’s FMA 571 and FMA 572), the company is running its business to meet the market share of the United States and Asia.
Achieving its vision stating that “Ensuring the food security in every production chain to maintain the seafood quality”, the company decides to take part in Fisheries Improvement Program with WWF-Indonesia through Seafood Savers membership. The Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation Agreements members of Seafood Savers conducted in October 2018 became the legal foundation for both sides to make improvements in tuna (Thunnus albacares) fishing activities towards eco-label certification Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
CV Indotropic Fishery is a company engaged in reef fish processing and freezing business since 2004. The company located in Banggai, Central Sulawesi, gets their wild shrimp from fishers in Indonesia’s FMA 713 using handline and longline to meet their domestic and international market share which are Japan, Europe, the United States and Australia.
Driven by its vision stating that to be the leading company in seafood processing, passionate about quality and food safety according to international standards, CV Indotropic Fishery decides to take the next step and get themselves involved with the Fisheries Improvement Project (FIP). The registration of reef fish towards sustainable fisheries marked the start of the implementation of FIP at the location of capture.
PT Pahala Bahari Nusantara (PT PBN) has been in tuna exporter industry since 2009 and located in West Jakarta. The company processes yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) and skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) into several types of value added products which are tuna precooked loin and fish meal.
As an effort in achieving a sustainable seafood business, the company commits to implement Fisheries Improvement Program in Seafood Savers. In this membership scheme, company will undergo FIP located in Flores Sea (Indonesia’FMA 713) and Banda Sea (Indonesia’s FMA 714). The preliminary cooperation between the company and Seafood Savers is marked by the signing of MoU and Pre-Membership Cooperation Agreement in July 2018. PT Mustika Minanusa Aurora (PT MMA) is a Seafood Savers member company engaged in the cultivation of Tiger Shrimp (Penaenus monodon). Headquartered in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan, PT MMA has two extended plants located in Pati, Central Java and Pulau Laut, South Kalimantan. Through the shrimp hatchery facilities, PT MMA has been able to produce 20 million shrimp per year. As a Seafood Savers member, PT MMA is committed to implementing an aquaculture improvement program towards the process of ASC certification.
PT Bumi Menara Internusa (PT BMI) has officially obtained Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) ecolabel certification for whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaus vannamei). ASC released the certificate for shrimp farming unit of PT Tiwandi Sempana which is the supplier of PT Bumi Menara Internusa (PT BMI) on 7 March 2018 valid until 7 March 2021 with 80 MT, 28 workers, 17 ponds, 9 ha-intensive aquaculture method in Probolinggo Regency, East Java. In 2020, PT BMI reregistered their supplier, PT Ketah Makmur that is located in Situbondo Regency.
PT BMI is a seafood producer whose products are ranging from fresh shrimp, crab, and other seafood in East Java. By this certification, PT Tiwandi Sempana and PT BMI are internationally recognized for their commitment to supporting and doing responsible shrimp farming.
PT Iroha Sidat Indonesia (PT ISI) is a company engaged in the farming and processing of eel (Anguilla sp.) in Indonesia. This company farms eel in Banyuwangi where the glass eel is mainly caught in Sukabumi District, West Java. Later on, eel harvested from the pond will be processed into a frozen roasted eel with sauce (unagi kabayaki) in the processing plant to meet their domestic and international market.
This company commits to get involved in Aquaculture Improvement Program (AIP) provided by Seafood Savers Membership Scheme. PT ISI signed MoU and Pre-Membership Cooperation Agreement in February 2nd, 2018. Natura Seafood is the trademark of PT Oceanus Natura Abadi which supplies high-quality seafood products from Indonesian local fishers. Referring to its mission which stating “Become the best leading supplier of tuna fish and other seafood products in the world” PT Balinusa Windumas continues to expand its business by producing a variety of high-quality tuna products, such as Frozen Tuna Saku, Frozen Tuna Steak and Frozen Tuna Loin. PT Bogatama Marinusa or PT BOMAR is a company engaged in shrimp processing and freezing business. In 1980s, PT BOMAR ran its business in shrimp aquaculture and hatchery, especially giant tiger shrimp and vannamei shrimp. Until finally in 2001, they decided to focus on shrimp processing business.

PT Cassanatama Naturindo is Indonesian traditional snacks producer such as shrimp crackers and fish crackers. This company has exported its products to several countries in Europe, especially Netherlands, Belgium and UK.
PT Cassanatama Naturindo committed on the product safety. By joining Seafood Savers, this company, established in 1994 and headquartered in Semarang, registers its Metapenaeus monoceros, Metapenaeus indicus and Penaeus indicus and begin the implementation process of Fisheries Improvement Project towards MSC certification.
Celebes Seaweed Group known as CSG is a company which focuses in the supplying and selling dried seaweed for jellies, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, animal feed industries, etc. The company whose headquarter is in Makasar gains 70% of its products from surrounding Palopo (Luwu, North Luwu, East Luwu County in South Sulawesi) and 30% from Takalar, Bone and Sinjai County in South Sulawesi. PT CSG’s involvement as member of Seafood Savers starts the implement process of Aquaculture Improvement Program (AIP) with commodity registered is seaweed Gracilaria spp located in Cenrana district, Bone County and Sanrobe district, Takalar County, South Sulawesi.
